Situated on the South Bank of the river Thames, the Lastminute.com London Eye is an iconic part of London’s skyline. At 135 metres, the Lastminute.com London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions (that’s as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!).
With mesmerising 360-degree views of the capital, take in London’s most famous landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. Made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules, a ride on the London Eye takes 30 minutes.
The London Eye is open daily from 11am until 6pm
From the 1st April 2023, The London Eye will be open from 10am until 8:30pm during weekends and during Easter and Summer school holidays.
It is not possible to join the boarding line before your booked timeslot. Guests arriving too early will be asked to return at their booked time.

If you’re having trouble scanning, try increasing your screen’s brightness. If that doesn’t work, go to the venue box office and ask them to look up your order with your reference number.
With all COVID-19 restrictions ending in England on 24 Feb 2022, our priority is to continue to offer the best possible experience to our guests whilst ensuring we also look after our staff. We continue to have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our attractions, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and increased ventilation. In our indoor attractions, key walkways or busier areas, guests may still see signage stating ‘Face Coverings Recommended’ which is in line with public health guidance. Those staff who may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working have the option to do so.
If you or your party display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, we ask that you do not visit.
Disabled Access Disabled Guests should purchase their standard ticket price. The accompanying carer will be free of charge and their ticket will be issued on site at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability. Unfortunately, mobility scooters are not able to be admitted at this attraction.
Wheelchair Access and Restrictions: Wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility are able to get on and off the London Eye. On reaching the boarding platform, the London Eye is slowed down or stopped to make boarding easier for these guests.
